A Pitch is a short note that gives you the opportunity to stand out from other applicants. It is meant to be short and concise in order to attract the employer's attention in the shortlisting process.

Your submitted profile is divided into two parts : Personal Information and Resume.
  • Personal information : Maintain and Edit in Profile section
  • Resume : Modify in Resume section
Note: After submitting a job application, the modification of Personal Information will directly update on the employer side while the resume will remain the same as upon the time of submitting the appication. If you want to modify your resume, simply withdraw and re-apply the job.

Please do not email your resume or certificates to us. If you have not created your profile with AceJobs.com, we strongly encourage you to do so. Simply register yourself here. If you are an existing user and would like to update your AceJobs.com Profile, login to your AceJobs.com account, and update your profile accordingly.

There are a few possibilities to why you are not able to submit job applications:

  1. Invalid Login ID/password entered. Go to the Forgot Login ID/Password to retrieve your Login ID/Password, which will be sent to you by email.
  2. Other technical errors. Please email us the error message. We will attend to you as soon as possible.

To withdraw your application:

  1. Login to your AceJobs.com account.
  2. Click on 'Dashboard'.
  3. Select 'Applied Jobs' from the side menu.
  4. Hover on the action button on the top right corner of an applied job and select 'Withdraw Application'.

Please note that even though you have withdrawn your application, the employer will still have a copy of your resume. Your application will be tagged as 'withdrawn' so the employer will know that you are no longer interested in the job.

If you accidentally withdrew your application, simply re-apply to the same job. Your application will be re-submitted.

Be careful of scam job advertisements. They appear occasionally on job sites, posted by dishonest people out to make quick money from unsuspecting job seekers. You should be wary of job advertisements that:

  • Ask you to pay money before processing your application or training you;
  • Ask you to travel for the interview, pay for flight and accommodation to a designated third party travel agency and promise to reimburse you later;
  • Invite you to interviews that turn out to be multi-level marketing or pyramid selling schemes;
  • Misuse your profile information to sell you products (such as insurance, investment plans, etc.) or make offers not related to the job advertised; or
  • Are too good to be true, are generally untrue, dubious or misleading (e.g. misleading job title, job description or company description).

You can play a part to inform us if you come across possible scams. If you see any such advertisement on AceJobs.com, please alert us by reporting that job advertisement. You can carry out the action by clicking on "Report Job" button on its details page. We shall investigate accordingly.
