In your account, the 'Applied Jobs' page keeps track of all your online applications. You may also withdraw your applications here if you change your mind or if you have accepted another job offer.
To check your application status:
- Login to your account.
- Click on 'Dashboard'.
- Select 'Applied Jobs' from the menu.
- The application status can be found in each application box.
Application Status:
- Pending: Your job application is sent and pending further action from the employer.
- Shortlisted: Your job application is shortlisted by the employer.
- Hired: Your job application is approved by the employer.
- Rejected: Your job application is rejected by the employer.
- Withdrawn: Your job application is withdrawn.
Under the 'Applied Jobs' page, you have the option to view either the 'Active Applications', 'Withdrawn Applications' or 'All Applications'.
Active Applications
The 'Active Applications' list contains all applied jobs that are still open or active, where you are still being considered for the position.
Withdrawn Applications
The 'Withdrawn Applications' list contains all withdrawn applications.
All Applications
'All Applications' list includes all applications that you have made.
The potential employer will contact you directly either by email or phone if you are shortlisted. Note that the decision to choose, shortlist, hire and update your application status depends on each employer. If you wish to follow up on your application, please contact the employer directly. AceJobs.com is not involved in the recruitment process, therefore does not influence the selection outcome.
In general, if you do not hear from the employer within 2 months, you may want to consider the application unsuccessful. If you are not getting any response from employers, you may want to re-look into your resume and the application pattern.

- Have you been applying to relevant positions that match your qualification and expertise?
When an employer schedules an interview with you via AceJobs.com, you will receive an email and the interview details will appear in your AceJobs.com account (Dashboard> Interviews). Take note of the interview date, time, location and contact information for future reference.
Employers may also choose to contact you directly by call, text message or email instead using the interview scheduler in the AceJobs.com system. Therefore, do be alert to avoid missing any job opportunities.
To respond to an Interview Invitation, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your AceJobs.com account.
- Click on 'Dashboard'.
- Select 'Interviews' from the menu.
- You will be able to view the interview invitations.
- Click on the 'Accept' or 'Decline' button to respond to the request.
